Usage of 如果……就…… (rúguǒ… jiù…)
Meaning: If… then…
Context: Used to talk about a condition and its result. It is useful for giving advice, explaining habits, or describing what may happen in a certain situation.
Structure:
Note: 如果 introduces the condition. 就 introduces the result. In everyday Chinese, 就 makes the result sound more natural and connected to the condition.

Note: 不但 introduces the first point, and 还 introduces the second point. The second part usually gives extra information.
